Experienced Project and Operations Manager Janek Pawlik
Janek Pawlik began his career as an Industrial Engineer at General Motors Corporation in Canada. He graduated from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) a cooperative educational program in 1989 with a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering having completed a cooperative engineering education with assignments in various engineering, manufacturing and management positions. He graduated with High Distinction for his thesis: Improvements to the GM St. Catharines Materials Management Systems. Janek attested Purdue University and obtained his Master of Industrial Engineering in 1990. He continued his working career at Federal-Mogul Corporation starting in 1990. He worked in the manufacturing environment and implemented Jane anagement as a William Davidson Institute Fellow at Whirlpool Europe B.V. in Comerio, Italy. In 1996 he relocated to the US and joined Federal-Mogul Corporation in the role of executive assistant to the president. He went on to serve the company in leadership positions, such as manager of corporate development and project manager for the multi-layer steel gasket business unit. Following his time there, Janek Pawlik worked at Siebel Systems as a project manager in the interactive selling services practice and as operations manager of the Interactive Selling Suite Competency Center.
Mr. Pawlik holds a master of business administration with distinction from the University of Michigan and a master of science in industrial engineering from Purdue University. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
